Marketing Web Producer
Position Location: San Francisco, CA, USA

Jaspersoft develops innovative web 2.0-style commercial open source business intelligence solutions, and is the most widely deployed business intelligence solution in the world. We are currently looking for a highly experienced Marketing Web Producer. The Marketing Web Producer is responsible for developing and carrying out plans to help Jaspersoft take advantage of the marketing and sales opportunities available through it’s Web properties.

The Marketing Web Producer will manage the company’s Web properties (design, content and coding), develop online marketing campaigns that drive traffic to them, convert this traffic into leads and utilize marketing automation to nurture the leads through the pipeline. The Marketing Web Producer will also be responsible for driving revenue through the online store.

To fill this role, we are looking for a high energy, results-oriented, individual contributor with excellent HTML/CSS skills, and a demonstrated proficiency with Photoshop and Illustrator. It's imperative that the Marketing Web Producer has extremely strong project management skills, as well as demonstrated experience using Web metrics to increase conversions.

Essential Functions:

• Expert-level HTML coding skills (**without using a WYSIWYG editor**)
• Expert-level knowledge of CSS and DHTML
• Fluency in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience in cross-platform design, information architecture, site mapping and change control
• Experience troubleshooting cross browser issues on both Macs and PCs
• Experience with Drupal, Joomla, or comparable content management system
• Demonstrated expertise at utilizing Website metrics for use in design and navigation to increase conversion of Website traffic using at least one major Web metrics application, i.e. Google Analytics, Omniture
• Demonstrated expertise utilizing search engine marketing (PPC and SEO), display advertising and social media marketing to drive traffic to Websites
• Experience managing Websites with an e-commerce component and demonstrated expertise at increasing conversions through the buying experience
• Experience with social media and content syndications tools and methods
• Intermediate-level JavaScript coding skills
• Intermediate-level php coding skills
• Proficiency in Flash

Job Requirements:

• B.S. degree or equivalent experience
• Significant experience in marketing, managing e-commerce Websites
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience managing production of web content
• Portfolio including examples of recent work.
• Candidates must be well organized, detail-oriented, and creative
• Highly motivated, self-started, organized, able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
• Must be able to correctly estimate the time and effort needed to perform a task, able to meet deadlines with excellent problem-identification and reporting skills
• Excellent organizational and written skills

This is a full time, permanent position, working out of our corporate headquarters in San Francisco.
