JasperSoft believes the customer comes first. With that belief in mind, Teodor Danciu, the founder of JasperReports, works directly with JasperSoft Technical Support to help design all support options. The Technical Support team is committed to providing dependable and timely resolution of all technical inquires. Every customer inquiry is reviewed and investigated by a highly-experienced support engineer who is thoroughly trained on the product suite. We offer a complete line of support services to accommodate your project’s needs.

JasperSoft provides a comprehensive suite of support options to fit the needs of customers who will use JasperSoft products within the company or for their own personal use, but will not distribute the solution to any outside party as well as software vendors (ISV) who will embed JasperSoft products in their solutions and commercial distribution. We offer two primary types of support:

Per Incident SupportAnnual Subscription Support

All Per-Incident Support is based on the JasperSoft Support Definitions as defined.
