SAN FRANCISCO – September 12, 2013 – Jaspersoft, the intelligence inside applications and business processes, today announced that it has added more than 500 customers through its utility-priced business intelligence (BI) offering on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Marketplace. Users can purchase Jaspersoft’s BI platform on an hourly basis with no user or data limits and no additional fees.
Available for 6 months, Jaspersoft’s utility-price offering has disrupted a BI landscape long dominated by much more costly pricing models. For as little as 40 cents an hour, users can access a modern BI suite with reporting, dashboards, HTML5 visualizations and data exploration. The BI offering is also the first to automatically discover and connect to a customer’s Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS) and Amazon Redshift data sources.
